I?m really glad to present another great Ambient / Dark Ambient / Drone release on Chase output. This new one is by german artist Christian Fiesel who has already released several albums and EP on Somehow Recordings and Webbed Hand as well.

The music on this ?Gravestone Alley? EP is dense, cold, glacial. Here are the words of the artist himself about these works: ?The EP published here was created spring 2013 and is part of a bigger series with treated voices embedded in spooky spoken words and ghostly choirs. The plot of the EP is talking a walk through a cemetery of all those human loses occur due to technical and human flaws with new technology (i.e. Chernobyl in ?Winds Of East?). If there?s a musical direction besides of ?experimental? than it might be kind of ambient/dark ambient.?

With these 6 tracks, you can expect ethereal atmospheres interspersed with strange and distant vocal elements like if the listener was drowned and incarcerated into a parallel universe made of oppressive liquid or gaseous forms without any chance of retrieval.

This music is designed for headphones listening and is aimed to let your imagination construct its own acoustic prison. Paradoxical, isn?t it?
