And even more self-promotion, even more blatant:
stephen parsick: fuzzstars -- music for planetariums vol. 2
"fuzzstars" contains 72 minutes of improvised ambient music which I recorded at home during various rehearsals for a series of upcoming planetarium shows I?m going to play in Germany in 2008. As is always the case, some of the results were taking an entirely unexpected direction during the recording process, and "fuzzstars" is a wonderful album to fall asleep to as there are some extremely minimal, almost incense-like drones and textures which will take you somewhere else. I gave it a try myself, and I must say I enjoyed it a lot (not that this goes to say something). Like my previous ambient music releases, "fuzzstars" will be available in a limited edition of 25 hand-numbered all-black CDRs. Price per disc is 15 Euros. "fuzzstars" will not be available through the doombient webshop but only through me directly.
Like I said, please let me know when I can be of service.
