I suppose he means the old first-person PC game “Thief” which included some dark ambient soundtracks. |

I never played Thief back in the days... It seemed just too complicated for my Duke Nukem 3d/Quake/Doom washed brain  If I had played it I'd probably had discovered dark ambient decades earlier

it was a very difficult, but interesting game.
