Mastering: I think the ideal would be to hire a professional. The work of Herman Klapholz (Ah Cama-Sotz) on previous editions is wonderful.
Ron (suttung) offered to try, even though he doesn't have much experience.
My own knowledge is rather theoretical. (Having read "Mastering Audio: The Art and the Science" by Bob Katz.)
For the radio, I also accept unmastered material, just normalizing the volume a bit, as I think DA isn't something you need to be able to consume in any possible situation and I'm not a big fan of overly compressed music at all. But for a serious Bandcamp release, some decent mastering is of course needed.
Sadly, mastering isn't something we could do easily as a remote team, working asynchronously...
So yes, if we can't find someone among us, who shows confidence in his skills, hiring an external person with affinity to DA music might be the best solution.

I agree with Thomas about overcompressed modern sounding for the Radio and in general its a no-no. For bandcamp and stuff we need a matching master.
Also, I have some skills too but honestly a pro-level work for the release its the right thing to do.
Edit: I listened the tracks into Adobe's Audition , found that suttung's track its already mastered
An unmastered version its needed.
Rest of the tracks are nicely non compressed / limited ,with enough headroom for a proper and delicious master.
