Two days, two cities.
SPEIGAS festival is taking place first on the 25th February at Mulen Ruzas, Vilnius

Mulen Ruzas is a nice location and Vilnius a nice city to visit. I would plan one or two extra days to linger, though it's not really tourist season. I had a trip to Lithuania by ferry boat last year which was fun. |
