Megatone – Xenomorph EP now released on netlabel Bypass Records from Beijing, China.
Style: Experimental, Ambient, Drone.
The theme of Xenomorph EP is alien lifeforms expressed thru complex soundscapes. It is a study of experimental percussive rhythms generated out of plasmic pulsations and sines. Ther are some influences from science fiction movies such as Alien. To artist Zhang JianWen, the owner of label Bypass Records, Xenomorph reminds him favourably of project Hybryds album Soundtrack For Aquariums from 1996.
