I take it, you meant Tribute to the victims of Auschwitz or something?... I really hope...
Maybe this is one of the rare occasions where changing a title after release would be a good idea. |

No, it is a tribute of (!) Auschwitz. Though I still have my problems imaging how this might look like O_O |

Lost in translation.
If it was his intention to propagate terror and disgust in the good ole tradition of the Industrialists (think of the sleeve design of some TG 7", can´t remember which), he was successful.
Although this type of topic is exactly why I do not want to be affiliated with this type of Dark Ambient.

As you know, World War II came to an end after the attack on the Russian people. I - Russian. I do not know if I can convey the idea and meaning of the name because of my poor English, using an electronic translator. But I would like to focus more attention on the music itself rather than its name. Apologize in advance if you hurt someone's feelings to their release.

Or give some explanation of what its the intention of the album, because there is too much ambiguity in that tittle.

Exactly! It is like "I do some noise music and have something with Auschwitz in the title...".
This is never good! These people there suffered agonies! Unimaginable! When I look to the video I can't bear watching it! Look at the little dead girl and all the other brutally tortured and murdered people...
I think no one should use this to "enrich" their music - in a way...
Disgusting!!! |

I think I should opt for such a title next time I release an album. It generates attention.
Has anybody listened to the music yet?

Dont worry man, next time try to get a better translator or
ask to a friend to check out what the heck are you saying in engrish.
Im very good reading and writing top class engrish.
By the way, ''spasibo'' for sharing your album with the board.

Overall - I wanted to show all the suffering, the horror of what happened there. And the name is right - just a sense that a tribute is given to no murders, and everything that happened there. Including human endurance and courage before death.

Sure you can do that, but Auschwitz is not just a place where something bad happened. The name stands for a system, a historical unique form, the industrialization of genocide. I haven't heard any piece of music yet that was able to capture the dimension even a bit. Auschwitz can be an orientation point for (post)industrial music, but it can never be reached my musical means, in my opinion. Every attempt is doomed to result in a taint of obscenity. And I think that's what triggers people in this thread. |
